A picture on every page. I also made the letters very big. I kept the book under 50 pages to keep their attention.

Organ meat and fruit have always made me sick to my stomach since early youth. My mother kept trying to force liver onto me and I got to the point I called her bluff and said I was fine with not eating if liver was the meal. Furst time my Dad ever stuck up for me too, and he loved liver.

Fruits always made me sick, and once diabetic discovered they convert quickly into sugars and send my sugar levels through the roof.

Now on an almost keto diet to avoid sugar and carbs that cancer loves to feed on. Going back to full saturated fats and as many raw foods as possible. Had raw cow cheddar cheese yesterday and it's awesome....
