Thinking I might pull the trigger on an Omega I've wanted for awhile, wondering if anyone has any experience with any sites to recommend?
No dealers near me, and the dealers I've been to don't have it anyway.

I dig a mechanical machine on my wrist. Plenty of cheap Seikos in the safe too. But a Rolex can get you in or out of a lot of trouble!

I hate "wearing" anything that isn't necessary, but do wear clothes and footwear.

I haven't worn a watch since since vehicles went from analog clocks that never worked to digitals which always keep perfect time. And carrying my phone with me for years now, why do I need a watch?

My son is similar. His older sister bought him a watch for his HS graduation 20 years ago. He sold it on Ebay.

If he wants to know what time it is, he pulls out his phone. I don't buy him gifts. He's a bad gifter. Generally I get him a gift card for Amazon, REI or similar that I know he makes purchases from

I've purchased my last three $1000+ watches (two Citizen Eco Drives and one Seiko Astron) from eBay; used. Two were shipped from Japan.

no issues. All came with the original box.
