Sold off my 61 and split window when my eyesight went to sh!t.....

I'm not driving a classic car in nutso central Florida traffic and I now want air-bags, ABS, crush zones, collision avoidance and cameras. It was time to let them go for crazy money to grateful collectors. I don't do garage queens.

Nor do I wear Jorts, or have ever in my life even tried on a pair of N Shoes

The Vette that cursed me to it's Car Forum ~ which led to this Barn

The Rarer of the 14,000 50th A/Es produced in '03 ~ the Coupe ~ only 4,060 made compared to 10,700 Verts ~ these accounted for 'bout 1/3 of all 35,000 Vettes produced in '03

Me neither! I got rid of my 15 Vette (Avatar picture) a few years ago.

As far as a pick up truck/suv from GM no way I had way too many problems with my last 3. I did not leave GM they left me! Never say never but if looking for something new, GM is on the bottom of my to look at list!

Replacing a speaker in the C5. I replaced it with a stock one, but I sure wish it were easier to upgrade speakers in these cars.

Still working on dialing-in fuel and tracking-down the infamous "service electrical system" mssg. Should be going on the dyno second week of June.
Stroker forged 408ci twin turbo thru a built 6l80e/yank combo.
Boost controlled via Cortex for now. Prolly go to a Haltech or something similar down the road.
Gonna be one quick sleeper street car that takes corners well.

Define "easier." It's pretty darn easy brother. The C5 and C6 are damn close, and the C6 speaker swap can be done in under 10 minutes (if going OEM). There are several adapters available for running aftermarket drivers.
