I've went to PT for rotator cuff pain in both shoulders in 2021, got one cortisone shot in right shoulder. Still doing home PT although when I'm feeling fine I put them off, maybe do them every 2-3 weeks but then it's too late, the sharp pain comes back.

Just happened recently in my left shoulder, hadn't done exercises in a month. Now I'm doing them every other day or even every day and the pain is mostly gone.

PT is okay for some things, not for everything though.

Rene is in court right now. The texting last night was really getting, well, bordering on "mushy." The Rubicon has not been crossed yet, but I think we're at the water's edge.

I fell asleep before her last one at 2:12 AM, listened to it this morning (audio texts). I've been holding back for almost 3 years now, because of the numerous problems that would arise -- like the 27 year age difference for one. But she's desperate for stability in her life right now. Even though I'm supposed to be "older and wiser," I'm finding all this to be quite irresistible. I've never been able to resist attractive women -- but a much MUCH younger beautiful woman with a sexy accent? Not to mention that fucking hair.

So here's what happened Monday morning, after our Sunday dinner, when she came over for her first real actual official visit.

I haven't figured out how to easily post the video of her shooting my .357, but I will get to it. There's a screen shot of it after the other pix.

She went out in the woods and cut a bunch of wildflowers:









She separated them in half and gave me these. She asked if I had a vase, this was as close as I could get, lol. It serves the purpose:

So here she was Monday with my Ruger 2" .357. She's fired guns before, including handguns. But when she saw that gun her eyes lit up and the rest is history.

She just sent me this. She slept "under the stars" last night, this was 5:05 this morning. She still wants to go on the overnight trip to the horse farm in PA in the Vette, which I'm getting new tires on this afternoon.

Got new Michelin A/S RFs and an alignment. Haven't pushed it at all yet, but I can tell it does handle better.

Renee's still up for the trip to PA, but I have no idea when it will happen.

While I was at Van Bortel Corvette waiting I checked these out. Both are '20 or '21s, 4-5k miles.

This black one with the red interior is well . . . stunning.

One of the mechanics took me over to a C8 Z06 and started it up, wow. I forgot to take a pik, should have taken a video.








They had this '69 Z-28. Valve covers look too big for a SB though. I didn't look any closer.

Had my first situation of wake up and grab a gun early this morning still dark and raining, security cam alerted to someone on my doorstep opening my storm door, and dog alerted, watched him stumble a little then sit on the steps before trying door again.
Very drunk guy so obviously confused and not a concerted break in attempt. Took police 8 minutes to come, he was at the neighbor's door by then, a woman who lives alone. Cops were very professional and patient trying to get answers to see where they could drop him off at but he was belligerent and uncooperative, no ID, claimed he lived nearby but also unaware what city he was in. Force had to eventually be used then he started wailing police brutality and expletives (no, he was actually white) as he was dragged into the squad car and waking up the neighborhood.
Wasn't a fan of how the police wanted to talk to me while perp was still there letting him know I was the one ratting, but hopefully he was so blasted he won't remember the night. Will have to be extra vigilant for the near future.
