Fair treatment? No. It states that white privilege is the reason most jobs go to white people, THEREFORE, jobs must be preferentially given to visible minorities despite being less qualified for the jobs - so as to make up for the historical white privilege.

That statement makes it seem like jobs should go to the minority when equally qualified, but it is absolutely NOT the case. White people are to feel guilty for their unqualified advantages over the last 200 years, and thus GIVE jobs to those that are UNqualified to do them to pay for their sins.

It a ****ing COMMUNIST agenda, disguised as affirmative action.
