All of you "internet geniuses" have completely missed this one. The problem is NOT a leak in front of this woman's house. The problem is OBVIOUSLY: garbage juice. The local waste haulers are compacting their garbage right in front of this woman's house, depositing hundreds or thousands of gallons of garbage juice directly at her front curb each week, and nature takes its course.

The solution is to start harassing the garbage truck drivers, calling the town and management of the waste haulers, and if need be, finding an inexpensive lawyer to begin legal action against all involved.

Interesting. She spoke last week of moving to Florida and not be a homeowner anymore. 100% true.

No mention of Raccoons, but I did suggest that she get a cat to resolve her lizard issue.

The lowest priced plumber was just under $1000.00. She hired him. He dug and repaired and dug some more and the meter still spins after the repairs. He now suspects multiple small leaks. More money of course.

I now learned that the pipe from the meter runs lengthwise under the sidewalk before turning to go to the house. What a stupid idea.
