The tbird above had the somewhat detuned thunderjet. Cripp drooled over that thing bad. Had one just like it. See it around once and an again. Very nice ride.

Mine is supposed to go in a '69 Mach 1, but it still has a running engine and I just haven't gotten around to it

20-25 years ago, when hauling from Hayward to Anaheim, I would start early and hit Harris Ranch at breakfast time. Sitting at the counter in the family section of the restaurant, I'd get tri-tip and eggs with hashbrowns and toast for $7. In an out in 20 minutes, check the load, hit the road. Good memories. That was before Costa cut the water off and there were lots of orchards out that way.

When I get home from a long hard slog of a day at the office, and both my little ones scream "DADDY'S HOME!!!!!!" and they both run at top speed to give me hugs and kisses. Reminds me why I get up in the mornings!
