Well the millennials have changed the meanings of words and phrases for some reason. Probably because they don't work and get bored playing games in their mom's basement.
The old "ft-lbs" is now "lb-ft."
The old movie "previews" are now "trailers."
And apparently "flat" paint is now something else.
Flat paint is dull, no shine at all, like primer.
